Refund and Returns Policy (Digital Goods)

At lvlkey, we provide digital gift cards and prepaid codes. Due to the nature of these products, our refund policy is strictly defined to ensure the security of our digital inventory.

1. Finality of Sale

Once a digital code has been delivered to your user dashboard or displayed on your screen, the sale is considered final and non-refundable. Unlike physical goods, digital codes cannot be “returned” once they have been accessed or viewed.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • All Gift Cards (Steam, Razer Gold, iTunes, Google Play, etc.)
  • Game Keys and Activation Codes.
  • Direct Top-ups (PUBG UC, Free Fire Diamonds, etc.).

3. Wrong Region / Compatibility Issues

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the product they are purchasing is compatible with their account’s region. lvlkey is not responsible for codes that cannot be redeemed due to regional restrictions. Please double-check the region (e.g., US, EU, Global) before completing your purchase.

4. Exceptions and Cancellation

We only consider a refund or exchange if:

  • The order has not yet been processed or the code has not yet been delivered to your dashboard.
  • There is a technical error on our side that prevents the delivery of the product.

5. Faulty Codes

In the rare event that a code is reported as “Invalid” or “Already Redeemed” at the time of delivery:

  1. You must contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase.
  2. You must provide full screenshots of the error message and your account history.
  3. We will initiate an investigation with the official provider. Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the provider confirms the code was faulty prior to your purchase.

6. Cryptocurrency Refunds

For payments made via Cryptocurrency, please note that any eligible refunds will be issued based on the USD value at the time of purchase, minus any blockchain transaction fees (Network fees).
